Expertise in process monitoring, especially welding, additive and subtractive processes, with the ability to select, integrate and calibrate sensors that detect process deviations and defects.

• Optical and thermal sensing for hot work processes such as welding, cutting and metal deposition (DED, WAAM)
• Thermal imaging on testbench processes, with reporting and visualization of the temperature profile of the tested product
• Acoustic sensing with microphones to detect defects or deviations in processes involving noise or frequencies
